Funky Chunky Monkey Bites

These little beauties are an amazing afternoon pick me up, and are super easy to make.

Recipe:

  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 2 inch section of your favorite dark chocolate bar (I used Trader Joe’s 75% cacao dark choc.)
  • 1-2 Tbs. almond butter
  • 1-2 Tbs. unsweetened coconut flakes (Trader Joe’s again for the win!

Directions: ASSEMBLE KWEEN YASSS!

Calories—320….DANG GIRL but they good and better for you than a Snickers, which are disgusting anyways. Let’s talk about chocolate bars gone wrong for a second— milky way? what are you! go back to the galaxy you idiot. You make my lip curl. 100 grand? NO! Don’t even try to coax me with a Mr. Goodbar….So wrong.

How about the other side of the spectrum? Reese’s? Now were talking…Butterfinger…OH YEAH BABY. CRUNCH!!! WOOOOO Hershey’s Cookies and Cream??? I can hear the Hallelujah Chorus singing now! xoxo 🙂
