If you’re trying to get more healthy fats in your diet, try having bulletproof coffee. Recipe is super easy once you get past having to use a blender….kind of sucks but whatevs. Here’s one of my favorite songs to play while making your cup o’ joe!
- 8 oz brewed coffee (your fave type)
- 1 Tbs. coconut oil (or MCT oil)
- 1 Tbs. grassfed butter–I use Kerrygold
- 1 Tbs. heavy whipping cream (preservative and crap free)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- Add all ingredients to blender…..please tell me you are using a Vitamix…all other blenders are a waste of time!
- Pour into cup
- Drink up buttercup
- Feel the armor of coffee pumping through your veins!
