Probiotics Will Change Your Gut: Kombucha

My fiancé came across this little beauty yesterday while we were grocery shopping. There are only 2 grams of sugar in it!?!?! How is that possible because it is SOOOOOO tasty. It’s like tangy, bubbly lemonade from the gods! I like this kombucha brand because it only has a few ingredients. The downside is that they run close to 4$ a pop. However, there are two servings per bottle, so 1 bottle lasts me 2 days. My belly feels soo good when I drink or eat things containing probiotics. They are good bacteria for your gut. Drink your kombucha! Other foods with probiotics are kimchi, yogurt, kefir, pickles and sauerkraut.
