Since it doesn’t hurt my stomach, I eat goat cheese and/or yogurt here and there. I dressed up some Redwood Hill Farm plain goat’s yogurt with some cinnamon, vanilla and a little bit of honey. Loved it.

Beach run in Coronado with little Charlie and my fiancé. (he’s always miles ahead)
4 rounds of deadlifts x5. Not too heavy

10 wall ball
10 jump squats
