Wine Country Wednesday–Meatballs and Zucchini in Mezzetta Sauce

Today is super simple. I bought Adell’s chicken meatballs and Mezzetta Italian Plum Tomato Sauce from the grocery store then sliced up zucchini and threw them all in a skillet together, cooking on medium low for about 15 minutes. Add water as needed when the sauce starts to dry up in the pan.

I have grown up on Mozzetta products because they come from my home town of Napa Valley. You can find their products here
